I will send you an invoice to you after I've accepted your commission and we've agreed on a price. Please do not send any payments before receiving the invoice! You may pay in installments, though I will not start working before receiving 50% of the full price.}PROCESS:
_{When I accept your commission I will get back to you via your preferred contact method (email or IG) as soon as possible. Next, you are welcome to send additional info and refrences. Afterwards, we will discuss details such as terms/ conditions and pricing. You will receive an invoice via SumUp link! I get to work as soon as the first instalment (50%) is paid. Please keep checking your messages after you paid, as I will get back to you with a draft of your commission to make possible adjustments. When I got your confirmation, I will finalise the artwork and notify you when it's finished. The contractor will be referred to as “artist”, the commissioner will be referred to as “customer”1. The artist retains all rights to their work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.2. The customer is purchasing the artist's labor and a digital copy of the artwork. The copyright remains with the artist. It may not be used in AI training or changed /edited via AI.3. Personal use only! The customer is not allowed any kind of commercial use. The customer may not profit from the artist’s work, sell prints or other products, etc. The customer can make prints for personal/private use.4. No NFT. The art sold to the customer remains the artist's intellectual property and cannot be re-sold. NFT use is strictly prohibited. The copyright remains with the artist.5. If the customer would like the artwork to remain private, an extra can be charged.6. The customer may upload the finished artwork to social media, as long as the artist is credited via name or hyperlink.7. The artist reserves the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the customer for other works, commercial or private.8. The customer may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but cannot alter the artwork itself. This includes altering the artwork using machine learning or derived technologies. Should the customer decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, the artist will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork.
